OUR ELDER TEAM
RICK DOBROWOLSKI
Lead Pastor
Rick serves vocationally as the main teaching and preaching pastor. Rick also serves on various 501(c)(3) boards and has been integral in city justice initiatives, including Street Medicine for the Homeless and Valley Against Sex Trafficking. Rick and his wife reside in East Allentown and are blessed with two children.
STEPHEN DIAZ
Senior Associate Pastor
Stephen serves vocationally as a teaching and preaching pastor with an emphasis on student ministries and volunteer coordination. As an international missionary, church planter, and father of three boys (now men), Steve is uniquely equipped to minister to families with his wife Angelica. Their Hispanic background and leadership give Citylight cultural reach in Allentown.
JOSHUA BROWN
Lay Elder, Worship Leader
Joshua has been in ministry all his life as a missionary in South Africa and a church leader in the US. Josh has served for over 10 years as the worship leader at Allentown Bible Church and now continues that ministry at Citylight Bible Church. Joshua owns a kitchen remodeling company and is blessed with a wonderful wife who is raising their four children while working as a financial secretary.
TERRY BROWN
Lay Elder, Financial Director
Terry serves as the financial director of Citylight Bible Church. Terry is an Air Force veteran who has served in healthcare facilities and construction for over three decades. He has served in various vice president roles and now is moving toward retirement as a vice president at Trinity 3in1 services. Terry and Jane are thrilled to see their four adult children pursuing thriving careers and their families grow.
